Lam Ching‑Ying, a Taoist wizard, travels to Thailand to confront black‑magic criminals Billy Chow and Tsui Man Wah, using massive Taoist talismans and black‑dog blood. A sinister wizard steals their bodies, anoints them with the sperm of 99 satyrs and menstrual blood of 99 bitches, fusing them into the Terrific Vampire—a bisexual, powerful monster that feeds on brains, killing the wizard and his assistants first.
