Exiled in Miami, a former South American rebel commander is approached by a mining corporation that offers him a final mission: to topple the brutal dictator who succeeded him. In exchange, the company hopes to gain control of the nation’s mineral wealth, giving the rebel a chance to reclaim his homeland while confronting the profit‑driven motives of his backers.
