A beautiful, wealthy woman is critically injured in a truck accident, while a plain, lower‑middle‑class woman suffers a brain‑death stroke at the same moment. Doctors transplant the wealthy woman’s intact brain into the plain woman’s body. The new woman has no memory of her former husband, who still believes she’s his wife, and she moves in with the wealthy woman’s husband. She struggles to fit into the aristocratic circle, and mirrors become emotional battlegrounds as identities clash.
