Ana experiences recurring dreams of a drowning woman and travels to Villa Estrella with her ex-boyfriend to mend their relationship. She becomes entangled in the resort’s supernatural history, witnessing haunting phenomena and discovering a web of past crimes. Over the course of the story, she faces pressure from those around her and ultimately confronts the truth behind Andrea’s death. By the end, Andrea uses Ana’s body to reach Gusting, marking a tragic fusion of their fates.

Gusting is the longtime caretaker and a key link to Villa Estrella’s past. He is searching for his missing daughter Andrea and becomes entangled in the mystery surrounding the pool’s hauntings. His loyalty to Andrea and his pursuit of truth lead to clashes with Eddie and a decisive confrontation near the pool.

Andrea is the child who drowned and now haunts the pool, seeking acknowledgement and retribution for the injuries done to her in the past. Her spirit uses Anna to reach the living, culminating in Andrea temporarily inhabiting Anna’s body as a manifestation of vengeance and longing for justice.

Eddie is one of the two men responsible for Andrea’s death and a father figure with a controlling influence. He attempts to silence the truth and eliminate threats, leading to a violent confrontation with Gusting. His actions set off a chain of events that expose the resort’s darkest secrets.

Dave is the other man involved in Andrea’s death and the father of the other couple’s child. He seeks to cover up the crime, but the past catches up with him in the pool’s foundation, where accusations and guilt come to a head and lead to fatal consequences.

Alex is Ana’s ex-boyfriend who accompanies her to the resort and fights to protect her as the truth unfolds. He fights to survive the escalating danger and ultimately becomes a crucial ally in uncovering the resort’s long-buried crimes.

Jennifer is the walking-impaired daughter of Suzy who has an imaginary friend named Danica. She is lured into the pool by Danica, reflecting the pool’s dangerous pull on the vulnerable and revealing how the past’s ghosts can manipulate the present.

Giselle appears as a woman Anna mistakes for an elder sister figure, then reveals she is searching for her father and later manifests with a different face. Her presence deepens the sense of confusion and danger surrounding the living and the dead at the resort.

Madame Reza is the fortune-teller who hints at restless spirits and urges Anna to flee. Her guidance frames the supernatural elements of the story and foreshadows the revelatory outcomes that follow.
