While searching a remote forest for an ancient Native American burial mound, a professor leads hikers. After they find the site, three members reveal themselves as grave‑robbers, binding them to loot the artifacts. One thief finds a cursed crown that summons the mound’s invisible guardian, an unseen monster that stalks anyone it can see. They flee.
