Set in late‑19th‑century Alexandria, two feuding Turkish families—the Seferoglus and the Tellioglus—vie for ownership of the prized Green Valley. The decision rests with Daver Bey, whose beautiful daughter Leyla could be married into either clan. Desperate to win, the Tellioglus masquerade their bumbling butler Saban as the celebrated Ottoman officer Tosun Pasha, hoping the ruse will sway Daver Bey’s favor.
