On April 15, 1912, Elyzabeth frantically searches for her husband Charles while the ship goes down. She fights through the chaos to reach safety and a lifeboat. As the disaster unfolds, Charles drowns in the wreckage, and he later reappears as a ghost to pull her into the ocean.

Elyzabeth manages to get into a lifeboat, but the launch is chaotic as the ropes loosen and several people are killed. The survivors endure the freezing water and fear as the vessel sinks further. Elyzabeth survives the disaster, haunted by what she has witnessed.

As the Titanic finally sinks, Elyzabeth sees Charles drown in the wreckage. In a supernatural twist, Charles reappears as a ghost and pulls her into the ocean, signaling a haunting that reaches beyond death. The encounter hints at a lingering connection between past and present.

On April 15, 2022, the new high‑tech Titanic III is christened and sets sail along the same route as the original. Married influencers Mia and Jackson Stone board the ship, along with their fan Nancy, while Captain Celeste Rhoades vows careful operation to avoid past disasters.

Stowaway Idina Bess infiltrates the ship's basement and steals one of the artifacts collected by Professor Hal Cochran. Her act sows a hidden threat that will become central to the voyage's danger.

Mia and Jackson begin investigating the ship through their networks, coming into conflict with Hal Cochran over the artifact. Meanwhile Captain Rhoades learns that there will be a commemoration of the original Titanic that evening, announced by Julie.

In the basement, Idina prepares a satanic ritual to bring back her great-grandfather, revealed to be Captain Edward Smith. The ritual awakens supernatural activity as Smith calls the souls of the original passengers.

Rhoades, Julie and the passengers gather in the lounge to begin a commemorative homage to the original victims. The living attempt to honor the dead even as tension and dread mount aboard the ship.

The original Titanic's orchestra resurfaces and attacks the main deck during the commemoration. Jackson disappears in the chaos, and Mia is killed, linking the past tragedy to the present danger.

Rhoades interrogates Hal Cochran below deck as ghostly forces lash out. Hal fights off a spectral attack but survives, deepening the sense that unseen powers are at work.

Ghosts kill the engineers and take control of the ship's engines. Rhoades and crew member Brian discover the bodies and race to shut down the engines to regain control of Titanic III.

Idina is arrested by Brian, but she kills him and escapes with Smith's help. She presses toward the bridge to execute her plan as the ship careens toward destruction.

Idina reaches the bridge and attempts to crash Titanic III into an iceberg. She commits suicide, and the ship crashes, triggering panic and cascading disasters across the vessel.

As the ship sinks, Rhoades orders passengers into lifeboats and tries to maintain calm. Many die as the lifeboat launch malfunctions and the ship's systems fail, plunging the vessel into chaos.

Hal collapses from hypothermia in the lifeboat, and Rhoades attempts to revive him. Hal's ghost intrudes, attacking her as he succumbs, leaving a chilling reminder that the past still speaks from beyond the grave.
