Living a passive, detached life in Turin, Valeria becomes fixated on her neighbor Massimo's activities. When he moves to Rome, she decides to follow him, where she unexpectedly befriends his companion Flavia. Through this new connection, Valeria becomes deeply enmeshed in both of their lives.
