Isaiah and Anargyros run a struggling wedding bureau. Isaiah’s wife Kallirroi tries to revive it by arranging a marriage for their daughter with a man who appears to belong to a wealthy family. The groom, however, is the son of a modest worker, and the bride is not the shipowner’s daughter she claims to be. Their scheme descends into confusion.
