"Toodles" Waldron, a passionate racer and top salesperson at J.D. Ward’s automobile firm, falls out with his employer. Ward forbids him from entering the Santa Monica Grand Prize Road Race and also blocks his intention to marry Ward’s daughter, Dorothy, creating a clash of ambition, romance, and loyalty.
