Set in a whimsical penguin night club—occasionally visited by a walrus—the show features a penguin impersonating Bing Crosby, crooning a jazzy rendition of “When My Dreamboat Comes Home.” The band’s three vocalists follow with a lively scat number, then the full swing ensemble launches into an energetic instrumental that sends the musicians into a “Hot Jazz” frenzy, literally melting some of the instruments.
