Shortly after The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, musical follows Tip, a servant of witch Mombi who steals the Powder of Life, creates Jack Pumpkinhead and flees to Emerald City, ruled by Scarecrow. When Jinjur’s 400‑woman army captures Emerald City, Tip, the Scarecrow, Jack and a band flee to the Winkies and plot to retake it, revealing Tip’s identity.
