As the 1970s fade and the 1980s loom, Carl and Robert, two carefree stoners, float through life in a perpetual hash high. After a decade of dealing, they secure their biggest haul—45 kilograms of pure, high‑grade Nepalese hash. When the shipment is finally delivered, police close in, launching a desperate chase that pits their laid‑back world against an unforgiving law.
