The emperor covets the legendary Dragon Sabre and its companion magic sword to force the martial world’s respect, so he enlists a treacherous schemer who stages a false‑flag massacre of Mongolians and pins it on the Ming cult. The Mongolian hero (Ti Lung) attacks, steals the sabre from the cult and hands it to the villain, who meanwhile has taken a powerful sutra from Buddhist nuns, kidnapped a Mongolian princess and seeks to become a Yin/Yang fighter. Derek Yee plays the Ming cult’s defender, trying to uncover who framed the cult.
