After sexual impotence turns him into a hideous monster, a doctor kidnaps couples in the act and imprisons them in his mansion. He injects them with a serum to 'enhance' their abilities, then forces them to make love while he extracts fluid from their bodies. He believes the fluid will stop his own monstrous transformation, guided by a talking brain.
