The film opens with intense television reports detailing the alarming rise of the Collector, now escalated to a serial killer. Authorities are launching a vast manhunt as the tension in the community rises, with fears of the Collector's next moves mounting.

Amidst the panic, Arkin becomes the latest victim of the Collector, who brutally eliminates his other victims. Arkin is kidnapped and secured in a red trunk, at the mercy of the twisted mind of the Collector.

Elena Peters attends a clandestine party with her friends, eager to celebrate. However, her excitement turns to heartbreak upon seeing her boyfriend with another woman, provoking her to confront him in a heated altercation.

Storming out of the altercation, Elena stumbles upon a disturbing sight: a red trunk containing a badly injured Arkin. This discovery leads to a harrowing escape attempt as they narrowly avoid a deadly spear trap.

As panic ensues, a massive rotating blade mechanism descends upon party-goers, wreaking havoc and leaving many shredded. The chaos escalates, and as Elena attempts to escape, she activates thin swords hidden in the walls.

The Collector's brutality amplifies as he employs horrifying traps, trapping Elena's friends, including Missy, under a lowering ceiling. His methodical execution of terror leaves everyone in the party in a state of dread.

Upon entering the hotel, Lucello and his mercenaries face off against demented foes with grotesque half-masks. As the horrors unveil, Arkin seizes an opportunity to break free from Lucello's control.
