Set in 2020, Jason Storm is an underworld guard believed invincible. After environmental collapse, the wealthy live underground while the poor survive on a gang‑ruled surface. Storm uncovers a scheme to wipe out surface dwellers, forces him to flee upward and join Sumai, a respected martial‑arts master, to stop the plot.
