After his daughter succumbs to cancer, ex‑French Foreign Legionnaire Volker Bretz, known as “Straight Shooter,” begins a daily killing spree targeting the financiers, builders, operators and supporters of the Atar II nuclear plant, demanding its shutdown. His former drill sergeant, Frank Hector—now a nightclub and brothel owner—must intervene, only to discover Bretz’s vendetta may stem from a long‑ago incident.
