Stella Maris, a beautiful woman with a disability, lives under the care of a wealthy family that shields her from the world’s cruelty, leaving her oblivious to its harsher side. In contrast, Unity Blake is a poor orphan who knows life’s brutal realities. Both fall for John, whose marriage to a harsh wife, though separated, complicates their love.
