In the aftermath, Maika’s family opens a successful food business, and Uki bravely claims responsibility for defeating the aliens, highlighting her courage. The film closes on a hopeful note, with Maika and her father hunting together again, embracing both their cultural identity and their future, ultimately reinforcing the message that understanding and respecting one’s roots are essential for overcoming challenges, whether extraterrestrial or personal.
