Stan and Ollie, a pair of street musicians, scrape together barely any money during a harsh winter in a rough neighborhood. After a heated clash with a woman leaves their instruments shattered, Stan’s fortunes appear to shift when he discovers a wallet, hinting at a possible break in their bleak streak.
