Though the presumed killer apparently leapt to his death, the murders continue, each scene marked by a golden dog‑head amulet. Michael returns home after his brother’s murder, suspecting the cult’s role. With police ineffective, he joins forces with his elderly neighbor Gracie Moore—whose husband fell victim—to devise a plan that will finally end the cult’s reign of terror.
