Milton the cat strolls down the street and spots a yard brimming with milk, birds and fish, guarded by Pluto. He enlists his less‑bright friend Richard, and the duo sneaks in to feast, only to be chased out. Determined, they devise schemes—catapulting Pluto with his hammock and donning a makeshift diving helmet to snatch fish without waking him.
