Three siblings, Charlie, Adrian, and Michael, attempt to break free from the controlling influence of their parents, Christine Lahti and David Rasche, as the Gen family faces a crisis. They struggle against the unusual and oppressive environment created by their parents’ psychoanalytic practices, seeking independence and a chance to forge their own paths. The family dynamic is strained, and the siblings’ actions reflect their desire to escape a suffocating upbringing.
