Hanky Pranky, aka Schucks, loses his candid‑camera TV job to affirmative‑action hires and joins a stress‑management academy, where he discovers his boss Jack Paddaman is corrupt. A year later his satirical videos about post‑1994 South Africa become a hit with stressed ministers. When the president commissions a charity film for street children, Schucks and his odd crew – a scatter‑brained secretary, a lovesick traffic cop and a clever street kid – do the work while Paddaman schemes to seize the profits, delivering a riotous comedy with a distinct South African flavor.
