A hypnotic mystery follows police inspector Marek, whose mind teeters on the brink of collapse as he pursues an intricate case. The film works on two levels: a conventional crime story provides the framework, while Marek’s inner psychological turmoil unfolds through striking visuals, sound design and music, urging the audience to question what is real, where perception ends, and what gives suffering meaning.
