Inspector James Wong, a devoted family man, immerses himself in a dangerous investigation and ends up spending time with a deranged murderer. His partner, Inspector Steve Chan, alongside rookie protégé Porky, assume the case and search for Wong, who seems oddly fascinated by the killer’s twisted company. Chan and Porky must locate Wong before the psychotic killer claims him as its next victim.
