Frankenstein’s monster seeks the realization that his mind contains a universe, while Attila, naked on a white horse, frees his people from disgrace. The sharply satirical Viva laments married life’s frustrations before slipping into the mournful guise of the Bloody Countess Bathory. Meanwhile, Louis Waldon portrays a cool American tourist on a quest for the missing Mona Lisa. A surreal tableau emerges.
