Five women—Saraswati, Varalakshmi, Priya, Swati, and Srinidhi—lose loved ones in the robbery's aftermath and vow to seek justice in their own way. They band together under Saraswati’s determination and decide to recruit help. The group forms the core of the pursuit.

Saraswati and the others recruit Pencil Parthasarathy, a self-proclaimed crime novelist known for plagiarizing films. He is initially reluctant but recognizes a perfect chance to craft an original story. He agrees to help, seeking inspiration and purpose.

Their investigation points to Dev, an ambulance driver who later escalates to being an F1 racer. They uncover a link between Dev and the robbery’s aftermath. The case shifts from vengeance to a pursuit of truth.

Flashbacks reveal Dev’s dark past: he killed his own father for insurance to buy a superbike. He also manipulated five terminally ill cancer patients into participating in the heist, convincing them they could leave money for their families. After the robbery, he murdered them to fund his racing career.

The women track Dev’s hidden stash and make progress in the case. Sensing danger, Dev tips off the police about Pencil’s involvement. In response, Pencil transfers the stolen money to a secret location.

Saraswati deceives Pencil and takes the money herself, revealing a plan to redirect the fortune. The act underscores the complexities of revenge and redemption among the group. The money’s fate now becomes a key turning point.

Saraswati reveals that her motive was not revenge for a grandson but to honor her husband who was killed by Dev near the bank. The supposed grandson was an orphan and one of the terminally ill conspirators who aimed to donate his share to the orphanage. She donates the money to the orphanage, finding peace.

Pencil confronts Dev at his garage, leading to a fierce struggle. He kills Dev in self-defense and stages it as a fatal accident. The group’s thirst for revenge begins to fade as they choose a new path.

Chinnu regains her voice, and Pencil and Priya marry. Pencil finally writes an original novel, Gang Leader, inspired by the real-life events. The police close the case, noting a dog collar engraved with the name 'Sravani' as the last clue, revealing Pencil’s pet Sravani was killed during the robbery; the story ties their fates together in an unexpected, poignant way.
