Tweety Bird and his owner Granny move into a city brownstone, catching the eye of a hungry stray cat, Sylvester. Granny’s bulldog constantly blocks Sylvester’s attempts to get close enough to snatch Tweety. Disguised as a moving man, a lamp, a bearskin and even a female dog, Sylvester fails each time and is finally rounded up by a dog catcher and dumped in the back of a truck amid snarling dogs.
