A team of quantum physicists experiences a profound shock when one of their colleagues, Loretta, dies unexpectedly. Her sudden return five months later throws their understanding of reality into question. As they encounter versions of themselves, existing rivalries are amplified, and relationships become strained. The team must confront a disturbing truth: only one version of each person can ultimately survive, leading to an intense existential crisis.
