Judge Henderson's unconventional approach to traffic court leads young drivers to a unique driving school, setting the stage for escalating conflicts between students and their instructor. As one student, Dana Cannon, uncovers a hidden agenda behind the judge's methods, he and his classmates launch a comedic rebellion against the seemingly arbitrary rules and authority.
