A parrot owned by an escaped murderer washes up in Mickey’s basement. Hearing the bird chat, Mickey mistakenly believes it is the killer he just heard described on the radio. While Mickey skulks about the dim basement, Pluto stumbles on the bird—first concealed under a fish, then later squirming out of a leftover turkey.
