Bangladeshi infiltrators are thriving in Karnataka and beyond, aided by vote-bank politics that exploit fear and division. CM Sudarshan’s brother Suyodhana hires a terrorist named Rafiq to bring infiltrators into the electoral arena to secure a parliamentary seat, but their plan meets stiff resistance from Shivraj Shivaraj Kumar and his associates, Vijay aka Viji, and Guru Gururaj Jaggesh. The trio foils the scheme by killing Suyodhana, drawing Sudarshan’s wrath and triggering a wider crackdown on crime syndicates and illegal activities tied to the infiltrators. The stakes are clear: protect the integrity of the vote and root out those who manipulate it for power, even as the organizers pull every lever to stay one step ahead.

In the shadows, Azim—the Manglorean contract killer recruited by Rafiq—is tasked with eliminating Shivraj, but the mission backfires when his own men double-cross him. He ends up reuniting with his mother, who lives with Shivraj as caretaker to his daughter, Chummi. With the help of reporter Chandini, they orchestrate a counter-move by spreading widespread rumours that an attack is imminent, a tactic designed to flush out infiltrators and destabilize their network. The plot thickens when Rafiq, under orders from Pakistani terrorists, plants a bomb in Chummi’s surgical leg intended to kill Shivraj; the tragedy widens as Azim and his mother are caught in the blast. This sequence blends personal ties with high-stakes political crime, underscoring how each side weaponizes fear to gain advantage.

A pivotal flashback adds depth to Shivraj’s character: he is shown as an INA Captain in Kashmir, bonded to a loving wife Deepa, and supported by devoted parents and sister Shreya Ashika Ranganath. Shreya’s relationship with Harshath, who turns out to be a terrorist using her to spy on Shivraj, casts a long shadow over the present-day struggle and illuminates the personal costs of the ongoing conflict. The revelation threads through the narrative, showing how loyalties fracture and how love intersects with duty when the threat is both intimate and expansive.

Back in the present, Shivraj, along with Vijay (Viji) and Guru, operate undercover for the Indian Army as they pursue leads that connect the past to the present. Their pursuit takes them to Harshath’s hideout, where they uncover that Pratap Sinha is the mole within the INA, a disclosure that sharpens the confrontation. A tense shootout ensues, Harshath escapes, and the chase intensifies the sense that every ally and every enemy could be listening in or watching. The film threads these tensions into a larger arc of vigilance, loyalty, and the relentless pursuit of justice.

In the climax, the trio—Shivraj, his on-paper partners, and their concealed army identities—narrow the net on the infiltrators and their mastermind. The narrative circles back to the notion that the fight is not only about stopping a terrorist plot but about safeguarding democracy, dignity, and the truth behind every action taken in the name of national security. The resolution emphasizes resolve and teamwork: the early betrayals are met with courage, the undercover operations are fed by a clear sense of mission, and the pursuit culminates in a decisive strike against Harshath and his remaining men, closing one chapter of a larger war that spans personal history, regional politics, and the ongoing fight against terrorism.
