Two former factory workers, Jos and Nick, take their ex‑manager Christian Vandenheuvel hostage in his opulent villa, demanding compensation for the jobs they lost when his family’s film company collapsed. The situation spirals when Christian’s young mistress, Lisa, arrives. Jos discovers Lisa is his estranged daughter, while Nick falls for her, leading the captors to question their motives as police close in.
