Les Patterson, a drunk diplomat, incinerates an Arab ambassador with a fart at the UN, then is sent to the Middle East where his arrival thwarts a coup. In a bar he meets a bioweapons scientist who created a lethal disease the KGB will ship to the Pentagon via toilet seats. Patterson teams with Dane Edna to stop the plot and save the world.
