Fresh from prison, Marie meets Baptiste, a nervous young man seeking company. They chase a briefcase once owned by Marie’s ex‑lover, wandering a Paris that becomes a giant board game. The city becomes a maze of traps and encounters, leaving them unsure whether they are pawns in a plot, players in a game, figures in a fairy‑tale, or something else.
