Secretive Shokujinki—beings that appear human but can transform into massive clawed monsters and prey on people—have lived alongside humanity for centuries. The covert Kifuuken dojo hunts them by severing their arms, acting as the sole barrier against a full‑scale invasion. Toshihiko Momota, son of the dojo’s leader, falls for Yuka Kamitsuki, unaware that she is a Shokujinki and that his destiny demands her death. Meanwhile, his brother Kazuma challenges tradition, pushing the dojo toward modernization.
