Waiter Michal, on probation, is robbed of the cash he must take to the bank. He enlists his friend Tomáš, a taxi driver, who brings in the bellhop Adamec. Together they learn that coworker Kadlec and his son‑in‑law Bures, a garage owner dealing in stolen cars, planned the robbery. With girlfriend Magda’s help they trap the extortionist and deliver Kadlec and Bures to police.
