Charlie, a junkyard worker who constantly helps others with salvaged parts, learns from a German professor about a legendary metal‑eating bird called the Belgish Kongo. Determined, he embarks on a farcical hunt, using music—since the birds love it—and a bizarre worm as bait. He finally captures the creature, only to discover it holds even more astonishing surprises.
