Little Henery the chicken hawk, armed with a hammer, tries to catch chickens and inadvertently bonks Foghorn Leghorn on the head. Foghorn tricks Henery into chasing the barnyard dog, convincing him the dog is a chicken. The dog corrects Henery, then teams up with him to construct a tree trap, intending to capture Foghorn for dinner.
