The best music and the best whiskey both come from this corner of the country, and the film lets the songs speak for themselves. It is a performance documentary that captures live showcases from the leading figures of the Texas‑and‑Tennessee country‑folk scene during the final weeks of 1975 and the opening weeks of 1976, deliberately avoiding narration and staged interviews.
