A Halloween tragedy binds two eras when Eddie Burber, the son who once gruesomely killed a girl at his family’s “House of Horrors,” is taken to a remote cabin. Twenty years later, the Sigma Phi fraternity at Tophill State College plans a fundraiser‑turned‑haunted house in the abandoned Burber property, unaware that Eddie has returned and set up his own “Kill Room,” blurring the line between fake scares and real murder.
