Richard and Janet escape the city for a quiet weekend in the countryside, but their stay at a seemingly abandoned farmhouse turns nightmarish. Unseen strangers watch them, imprison Richard and assault Janet, driving him into frenzy amid isolation. The film explores madness, infidelity and revenge in a stark rural setting.
