A young woman named Agata takes a cooking job at a retreat near Krakow, unexpectedly disrupting the lives of a multi-generational family. Seventeen-year-old Mirek becomes infatuated with her, while his mother, the local church organist, confronts painful memories. Meanwhile, Mirek's grandfather, struggling with dementia, confuses Agata with a lost love from his past. The arrival of this outsider creates a collision of youthful desire and long-held secrets within the close-knit community.
