After watching his parents gunned down by debt‑collecting criminals, the boy grows up into Mark Quinn, a hard‑nosed police officer twenty years later. Consumed by hatred for the criminal underworld, he routinely bends the rules, hunting down those gangsters and driving them into desperation.
