A desperate father’s search for his missing child leads him into a shocking underworld of thousands of juvenile criminals across the city. These youths survive in cramped ghettos plagued by violence, corruption and hatred, forced into gangs that stalk the streets, assaulting and robbing innocent victims and leaving a trail of terror behind. He soon realizes the streets are ruled by fear, as the gangs’ violent raids echo the city’s deeper rot.
