Judge, jury and executioner. Project K.I.C.K is a drug fed to cattle to speed growth, but the meat causes terrible, dangerous side effects when eaten. James, a skilled martial artist, is recruited by the DEA to track down a dealer—his former master—who plans to flood the United States with the drug. As he closes in, James discovers the operation is far more sinister than it first appears.
