In a Moscow high‑rise office on the 12th floor, the staff of the adult‑oriented online‑store call centre begin a normal workday. Suddenly they discover a bomb has been placed in the room. Disembodied voices, identifying themselves as “Dad” and “Mom,” issue dire commands and threaten to detonate the device unless the twelve employees obey. As the countdown proceeds, the hostages confront the invisible sadists’ power and are forced to reveal hidden aspects of each other’s lives.
