The cartoon delivers slapstick gags, such as a car that rolls backward through a fence, plows into animals and lands in Cookie’s yard, and a runaway train that seems set to smash a car carrying Elmer and Happy. Buddy and Cookie use a ladder in a chaotic chase to derail the locomotive, sending it careening off course.
